Are you doing same day delivery?

This is a gift basket industry, substitution is common. If we think product you have ordered out of the stock, out of the stock we may substitute with the similar or equal or bigger in value to ensure that your order still deliver.

7-Do you deliver to hospital, Funeral Home and retirement home?
yes, we do but we need the exact address like name, room number, name of the person, floor number, contact number of the person (Recipient). Here one condition apply if customer or recipient leave early from the facility we are not responsible for the refund to the customer.

10-How much does shipping cost?
if the order is more than $100 shipping delivery free but if it is less than $ 100 we charge $22.00 for the shipping per order.
11-What time my order will be delivered?
Regular year around 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM in a residential area. In the office we deliver till 4:30. During Christmas time, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day we deliver not on the exact time, it could be early or it could be late.
12-What if I received a damaged gift basket?
In that case if basket damaged during delivery time we are responsible for refund, but after delivery any basket damage we are not responsible for that.
What if my e-mail shows that basket is delivered but the receiver did not receive the basket?
Here whatever address customer provide. It’s customer responsibility to give exact address. Our delivery guys click picture of the delivery with address.

We deliver in BC Lower Mainland Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody.

14-What happened if no one at home for pick up?
we deliver to the safe place outside of the home without any signature. If it is a commercial area and the delivery person did not feel safe for the product we deliver, they will return back to the gift company.

with the delivery basket we attach a document which has a phone number of the sender and the recipient full address, name of the sender.
